As TIME roles on..

”In times of great fear and insecurity in our ever changing world. “I have started to wonder not where God is in times of tragedy, but where are Gods people.” A call to action for the people of Christ is at hand for the revelation of the word and power of our mighty God. Let our actions and dedication to those around us who are in need reflect the love of God for the world. Let’s be a people who help our fellow man for the glory of our Lord, and not our own.- A blender of quotes and thoughts-Gary A. HaugenAs I slept, last night, I had a dream that all our girls were at the age where they were no longer affectionate and no longer needed us, as much as they do now, but rather had found their own independence and purpose. This day is sure to come and as J and I look into the future a concern for what values we are teaching our girls comes to our attention. Have we become a people of substance or of materials? Do we tend to our house, block, community or world as stewards? This is not a letter or thought stream to stir in us a feeling of inadequacy, but rather as a note, a place to stop and reflect the true calling God has for us all. Though we all have our own walk and they are all very different, I find that we as a family need to reflect on the ease by which we can stray from our course, and commit ourselves as a family to spend time together in the word of God. Even at this age I feel our girls can feel and learn from the word even if only by the actions of their parents as we grow in the word. Be with God and in God, you will find peace and direction. Men lead your families..

The girls are all in the same crib in their nursery. They sleep like angels and love to be with one another during the night. They are actually more awake these days, and waking themselves up to eat!P.S. Dont you just want to eat ‘em up!

So the girls are kickin’ it side by side. They are doing good sleeping for 3 hours then feeding. They are all consuming the amount of milk/formula the doctor wants them to. C has come forward as the eater of the bunch we will have to keep her out of frat houses because I believe she could do a keg stand till it was dry if we put a nipple on it! A is keeping pace and might be a contender. B is poising herself to come roaring out of the pits and take first. We all know she has the right stuff she just needs some small fixes to her carboration.(she has indegestion/gas)! (Don’t forget you can click on any picture to enlarge it)

Doctors Orders!

Sunday, August 14th, 2005

The Girls are home and all is well. The doctors have told us that the girls are to have no visitors except for immediate family until at least their due date for health issues, and being that my goal in life is to do my best to raise these girls in a safe and God loving environment I’m making my first executive dad decision with some doctor info. THE GIRLS ARE INVISIBLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We thank you for all your prayers and love which we have felt directly and indirectly. Please keep us in your prayers and we look forward to introducing all of you to our little angels as soon as they are able.

C is home paving the way for her sisters. Lets see if she can break us in. J and I are extremely excited and a bit scared. The reality of new life is here. We appear to be under a divine test to see if we can make it with one little one for the next 24hrs. I don’t know if I can, but I know J will pull it off ACES. She is a natural born mother. I should know she’s kept me fed, clothed and breathing for over 7 years. All I have to say is BRING IT!
